Emergency Medical Dispatcher: Application Form
Thank you for your interest in the Emergency Medical Dispatcher (EMD) position with the Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS).
This application form will take approximately 45 minutes to complete. You are able to save your progress and return at a later date, however we recommend completing the form in one sitting if possible.
Please ensure you have read the Recruitment Information Guide and the Role Description, available on the QAS Recruitment website, before proceeding with this application.
The online application comprises of two sections:
1. Personal details and employment history, which includes uploading identity and application documents; and
2. Behavioural and Job Expectations Questionnaire, where you will be required to type responses to a number of screening questions.
You will be required to upload supporting documentation. Please ensure all identity documents are certified. To find more information on who is authorised to certify documents, please refer to the Ahpra website - Certifying Documents
